Product series 8494 are 25 or 15 watt loudspeakers designed for use in hazardous areas and harsh environments. These are unique as they are constructed using antistatic polyamid which provides a lightweight, robust, corrosion-resistant enclosure. For optimum flexibility, wattage, impedance and transformer variants with 25, 15, 6.5, 5, 2.5 and 1.5 W connections are available. The version with the short trumpet comes in a compact enclosure and provides wide sound distribution. The version with the long trumpet provides an increased sound pressure level and improved audibility.
